Cinematic Wonder Africa Safaris · Experience Africa. Discover the Wonder.

Kilimanjaro.
The journey to the roof of Africa.

Discover the adventure of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain at 5,895 meters. From lush rainforest and volcanic landscapes to views above the clouds, each route offers a different journey.

Four ways up.
One unforgettable mountain.

Choose between six-day and seven-day Machame itineraries, the scenic eight-day Lemosho route, and the traditional six-day Marangu hut route. The seven-day Machame and eight-day Lemosho options allow more acclimatization time than their shorter alternatives, though altitude illness remains a risk on every route.

These are sample itineraries for planning and quotation. Route conditions, park rules, campsite availability, equipment and safety arrangements must be confirmed with the licensed operator for your dates.

Summit success is never guaranteed. The guide's safety decisions take priority over reaching the summit. Consider the longer itinerary when your schedule allows more acclimatization time.

The summit is a goal.
Your safety comes first.

Kilimanjaro climbs involve significant altitude exposure and physical exertion. Prepare appropriately and seek advice from a healthcare professional familiar with high-altitude travel.

  • Obtain travel insurance covering trekking to your planned altitude and emergency evacuation.
  • Discuss fitness, health and altitude concerns with a qualified healthcare professional before travel.
  • Follow guide instructions, weather assessments and the agreed safety plan.
  • Be ready to turn back or descend if the guide considers conditions unsafe.
  • Summit success cannot be guaranteed and depends on many factors.
  • Confirm emergency response, evacuation arrangements and equipment in the booking agreement.
